Descriptive literature and a sample were submitted. The merchandise in question is a 5-in-1 Tasty Baker model # CT-106B. It resembles an electric waffle iron and has an adjustable thermostat with indicator lights. It bakes five products and has seven different molds for baking fun shapes. The applicable subheading for the Tasty Baker will be 8516.79.0000, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for other electrothermic appliances of a kind used for domestic purposes, other. The rate of duty will be 2.7 percent ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
