Dear Ms. Hachmann: In your letter dated October 10, 2007, you requested a tariff classification ruling. The submitted sample will be returned to you as requested. The merchandise under consideration is the Plastic Power Button for Air Treatment System, SKU number WSA2085. It is a cylinder-shaped button made of poly acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) plastic, and measures approximately .44 inches high by .75 inches in diameter at its widest points.
