Applying GRI 3(c), the merchandise is classifiable under heading 9105 since it occurs last in numerical order of the competing headings.

Dear Ms. Ramsey: In your letter dated July 10, 2007, you requested a tariff classification ruling. A sample of the multi-functional night light with alarm clock was submitted with your ruling request. The multi-functional night light, item number 57430, features a battery operated alarm clock that sounds on the hour, and an orange shade that doubles as a pen/pencil holder. The multi-functional night light requires two “AA” batteries that are not included. It measures approximately 3 ? inches long by 2 inches wide by 3 ? inches high.
