Dear Ms. Kim: In your letter dated June 19, 2007, you requested a tariff classification ruling. The subject merchandise, based on the submitted information, is a digital photo/video display unit, which is referred to as the “TFT-LCD AD Display,” that incorporates a 17-inch diagonal-color screen with a resolution of 1280x1024 pixels.
