The submitted sample will be returned. The submitted sample, Style L201, is referred to as an adult “See through Capri Legging” and is constructed of 90% nylon and 10% spandex knit fabric. The adult tight has a gusset crotch, an elasticized front and back center seam, a hemmed bottom and features an elasticized hemmed waist. You state that the tights measure 71 decitex. The applicable subheading for Style L201 will be 6115.22.0000, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for Panty hose, tights, stockings, socks and other hosiery…knitted or crocheted: "Other panty hose and tights: Of synthetic fibers, measuring per single yarn 67decitex or more." The duty rate will be 14.9 percent ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
