Box 200 Pawtucket, RI 02862-0200 RE: The tariff classification of child’s novelty bag from China Dear Ms. Borges: In your letter dated March 8, 2007, you requested a tariff classification ruling. The sample will be returned as requested. The sample is identified as “My Little Pony Ponyville Carry Case #1.” The carry bag is constructed of 100% polyvinyl chloride (PVC) plastic sheeting. It features a textile-lined interior compartment with two wall pockets that secure with hook and loop fasteners. The word “Ponyville” is embroidered on the front exterior of the carry bag.
