Dear Mr. Anderson: In your letter dated March 1, 2007, which was a follow-up to an earlier inquiry where we requested additional information, you requested a tariff classification ruling. This ruling is on behalf of Contech Construction Products Inc., 9025 Centre Pointe Drive, West Chester, Ohio. The instant sample, identified as style # C70NW, consists of a needlooom felt material that is composed of 100 percent polypropylene man-made fibers (staple). This material has been heat set on one surface and weighs approximately 200 grams per square meter.
