Dear Ms. Cumins: In your letter dated January 9, 2007, you requested a classification ruling on behalf of the Ralsey Group. The provided sample will be returned as per your request. Style CSJ 610-002 is a junior cardigan constructed of a lightweight 100% cotton, French terry knit fabric. The outer surface of the garment measures more than nine stitches per two centimeters in the horizontal direction. The garment extends from the neck and shoulders of the wearer to below the waist.
