Dear Mr. Nolan: In your letter dated October 24, 2006, on behalf of Industrial Textiles Ltd., you requested a tariff classification ruling. You have submitted three samples. Style 501 “Work Pant” is a pair of men's woven pants constructed of 65% polyester fiber and 35% cotton fabric. The garment features two side pockets, a zippered fly-front with a button closure, a partially elasticized waist, belt loops and overstitched bottoms.
