Dear Ms. Salter: In your letter dated September 19, 2006, you requested a tariff classification ruling. You have submitted a sample of what you refer to as a waist nipper, style #5303402, with the brand name “Curvation.” The garment features six vertical stays and fifteen hook and eye triple adjustable front closures. It measures approximately 11 inches in length at the front, 10 inches at the sides, and 9 inches at the back.
