Dear Mr. Percival: In your letter dated July 25, 2006 you requested a classification ruling on behalf of Sun-Yin U.S.A. Inc. The submitted sample, identified as Style# TR051166 “Micro plush throw”, is considered a blanket. The blanket is made from 100 percent polyester knit pile fabric. It measures 50 x 70 inches. The blanket features a plain hem and rounded corners. In your letter you refer to Style# TR051166 as a throw.
