You state that your company imports these in-flight bags for a major airline. The bags are used to by flight personnel to service the customers. Style RLLB, which you refer to as the “Continental Blankets Linen Laundry Bag,” is a duffle bag wholly made up of polyester textile fabric. It measures approximately 30” (W) x 24” (H) x 13” D. It features one main storage compartment with a top zippered opening and two top carrying handles. The applicable subheading for style RLLB will be 4202.92.3031, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for travel, sports and similar bags, with outer surface of textile materials, other, of man-made fibers, other. The duty rate will be 17.6% ad valorem. Style 81212, which you refer to as the “Continental Business First Headset,” is carrying bag with an exterior of polyester textile fabric. It measures approximately 14” (W) x 15” (H) x 7” (D). It features one main storage compartment with a top zippered opening and two top carrying handles. Style 81337, which you refer to as the “International In-flight Customer Kit,” is a carrying bag with an exterior of polyester textile fabric. It measures approximately 14” (W) x 15” (H) x 10” (D). It features two top carrying handles, one main storage compartment with plastic inserts, and a zippered opening on three sides. The applicable subheading for style 81212 and style 81337 will be 4202.92.9026, HTSUS, which provides for other containers and cases, other, with outer surface of textile materials, of man-made fibers. The duty rate will be 17.6% ad valorem. Style 81342, which your refer to as “In-flight Customer Kit-Clear,” is a carrying bag with an exterior of polyvinylchloride (PVC). It measures approximately 16” (W) x 11 (H) x 5.5” (D). It features two top carrying handles, one main storage compartment with plastic inserts, and a zippered opening on three sides. Style 81343, which you refer to “clear Electronic Headset bag,” is a carrying bag with an exterior of polyvinylchloride (PVC). It measures 12” (W) x 15” (H) x 10” (D). It features two top carrying handles, one main storage compartment, and a zippered opening on three sides. The applicable subheading for style 81342 and style 81343 will be 4202.92.9060, HTSUS, which provides, in part, for other bags and containers, with outer surface of textile materials or of a sheeting of plastic, other. The rate of duty will be 17.6% ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
