Submitted style 50700, manufactured from beaded, rib-knitted fabric of 60% cotton/20% metallic/15% spandex, is a high-necked garment that zippers together vertically at the back of the neckline. As you have requested, the sample garment and its accompanying components are being returned. Because the armhole and neckband components are not knit to shape, the applicable subheading for this style will be 6110.20.2079, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for sweaters, pullovers…, knitted…, of cotton, other, other, other, women’s…, other. The duty rate will be 16.5 per cent ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
