The sample submitted, style number 40514, is a man’s pair of board shorts constructed of a shell of contrasting color inserts composed of a woven 100% polyester fabric that has a visible plastic coating on the inner surface. The shorts are not lined. The shorts extend to the lower thigh area in length and have a banded waistband with a fly front opening secured by a hook and loop fastener and a tab with two eyelets on each side of the fly front opening that features a functional drawstring tightening that is threaded in a criss cross pattern through the eyelets. On the right side of the front waistband there is a slash at the top that opens to a small mesh pocket. The shorts have leg separations that are hemmed at the bottom.
