The garment features long sleeves, a full front buttoned opening with a v neckline. The front panel of the garment is knit in one panel with marker holes placed to show where the panel is to be divided into two parts and where the neckline should be. These marker holes are not adequate clear and continuous lines of demarcation. The garment does not meet the requirements of statistical note 6 to chapter 61.

You submitted a sample of a woman’s knit cardigan, identified as style 14M53243. The garment will be returned as you have requested. The cardigan is made of 100% finely knit cotton fabric. The outer surface of the fabric measures more than 9 but 18 or fewer stitches per 2 centimeters in the direction in which the stitches were formed. The garment features long sleeves, a full front buttoned opening with a v neckline.
