The blankets measure approximately 60 x 50 inches and the edges are finished with an overlock stitch. Located along one side of the blanket is a pocket or pouch made from the same fabric as the blanket. The pocket measures approximately 8.5 x 17 inches. The blanket rolls and folds up into this pocket for storage. Although the stored blanket has the appearance of and may be used as a pillow, it is not a pillow for tariff purposes.

Dear Mr. McManus: In your letter dated February 10, 2006 you requested a classification ruling. The submitted sample is referred to as the “Pouch Travel Fleece Throw.” The blanket is made from 100 percent polyester knit fleece. It will be made in two versions with the type of knit as the only difference. Item 760 is stated to be a raschel knit while Item 752 is a microfiber weft knit.
