Product description

You submitted literature with your request. The articles in question are 2 models of packaging machines, the CS-2000 Case Erector and the CS-300 Case Sealing System. In operation, the CS-2000 Case Erector has case blanks placed on the belt driven, walk-in magazine. The CS-2000’s hinged pick-up frame extends to pick up a blank, firmly gripping two panel sides. The pick-up frame then retracts, bending 90 degrees at the hinge to open the case. After the case is opened, the pick-up frame remains stationary and continues to hold the case securely as both minor flaps and then major flaps are folded. Once these flaps are folded, these flap folders become a slider plate on which the formed case is pushed into exit drive. The case is then moved into the exit drive where it is taped on the bottom. The CS-300 Case Sealing System seals the flaps shut in the packaging operation.
