Dear Ms. Bauman: In your letter dated December 1, 2005, you requested a classification ruling on behalf of Dr. Leonards Corporation. The provided sample will be returned as per your request. Style 59749 is a woman’s full-cut slip constructed of a 80% polyester 20% cotton woven fabric. The full-length slip features raschel lace-like trim at the rounded neckline and arm openings, side seams, and a hemmed bottom.
