The hairpiece is made of a synthetic material and is attached to a plastic claw clip. Style 011206 is a scarf constructed of 100% woven polyester fiber fabric. The scarf measures approximately 6½ inches wide and 60 inches long. The item can be worn on the head, around the neck or around the waist.

Dear Mr. Kim: In your letter dated May 27, 2005, on behalf of Vivaci Inc., you requested a classification ruling. As requested, the samples will be returned to you. You have submitted four samples. Style PON-0524 is imitation hairpiece. The hairpiece is made of a synthetic material and is attached to a fabric covered snap band ponytail type holder. Style TW-0524 is imitation hairpiece.
