Dear Ms. Disher: In your letter dated October 3, 2003, you requested a tariff classification ruling. The provided sample will be returned as per your request. Style JB01 is a sports brassiere constructed of a knitted 85% nylon 15% spandex fabric that will be available in large sizes. The garment front has a shelf bra-type inner panel with underwire support and a heavy elasticized bottom band that has a rear adjustable hook and eye closure. Additional features include a scooped neckline, elasticized capping at the top of the brassiere, side seams, and a heavy elastic band measuring approximately 1 inch wide sewn in the bottom hem of the garment.
