It features a V-front, adjustable shoulder straps, soft foam cups, a partial lining of mesh fabric, meshtrim along the upper portion of the front and back, and a change in knit pattern producing a tighter fit underthe bustline. You state that this will also be offered in Style QF7039B, which is stated to be identical to thisitem except that it is 1.5 inches shorter in length.The applicable subheading for both styles will be 6212.10.9020, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the UnitedStates, (HTSUS), which provides for Brassieres, girdles, corsets, braces, suspenders, garters and similararticles and parts thereof, whether or not knitted or crocheted: Brassieres: Other: Other: Of man-made fibers.The rate of duty will be 16.9 percent ad valorem.The duties cited above are current as of this ruling’s issuance. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change. The text of the most recent HTSUS and the accompanying duty rates are providedat https://hts.usitc.gov/.This ruling does not address the applicability of any additional duties, taxes, fees, exactions and/or othercharges, which may apply to the goods discussed herein.
