Dear Ms. Grego: In your letter dated April 21, 2003, you requested a tariff classification ruling. You have submitted a sample of “Up to Date” identified as Item #80517E, which is part of a “Jewelry Fashion Assortment” identified as SKU 815497. The sample consists of 1 purple and silver shiny polyester drawstring pouch, 1 elastic polyester ponytail holder, 1 adjustable metal ring with purple flower-shaped plastic faux jewels, 1 adjustable metal ring with a violet faux heart-shaped plastic jewel, and a purple foam nail separator.
