Dear Ms. Gamiño: In your letter dated July 1, 2002, you requested a tariff classification ruling. You are requesting the tariff classification on a product that is identified as a Shoulder Pulley, style number 240. The item is an over-the-door pulley system used in hospitals and clinics, as well as in home settings. It is a simple-to-use device that helps increase and maintain range of motion in all planes of shoulder motion.
