Product description
The sample is a self-adhesive polycarbonate label. The label measures approximately 3 7/16 inches by 2 1/8 inches. It has two circular cutouts, and is printed with words such as “Remote Lube” and “Clutch Linkage.” You did not state the country of origin in your letter. The rate of duty provided below is the rate applicable to such goods when made in a country with which the United States has Normal Trade Relations. You suggest classification in heading 3920, which provides for other plates, sheets, film, foil and strip of plastics. This label has rounded corners, as well as holes punched in it.
