The CR 2032 battery for this product is sold with the jump rope. The sample will be returned, as requested.

Dear Mr. Stack: In your letter dated August 7, 2001, you requested a tariff classification ruling, on behalf of Avon Products, Inc., your client You are requesting the tariff classification on a calorie counter jump rope, article number PP 231293. The product, the subject of this ruling request, consists of a rubber rope, about ten feet in length, and two handles, each with a plastic cap through which the rope is threaded.
