The “Sure Grip Dish Mop” is made of a bundle of twisted textile yarn strands fitted to the end of a twisted metal wire rod. Attached onto the end of the wire rod is a plastic handle. Dear Ms. Parker: In your letter dated January 25, 2001, on behalf of Rubbermaid, Inc., Wooster, Ohio, you requested a tariff classification ruling. The samples submitted are a “Sure Grip Duster,” item number G944-12, a “Sure Grip Flexible Duster,” item number G945-12, and a “Sure Grip Dish Mop.” The “Sure Grip Duster” and the “Sure Grip Flexible Duster” are composed of polypropylene fibers attached to a wire rod.
