Each Dino Watch is a wrist watch containing a battery-operated electronic watch movement with liquid crystal display (LCD). The watch has a plastic case with a flip-top cover which snaps open to reveal the opto-electronic display. A three dimensional plastic dinosaur head is attached to the top of the flip-top cover. The watch band is made of plastic. The display features hour, minute, second, date, month and weekday. A picture of a dinosaur is printed above the display and the word “DINOSAUR” is printed below the display. The word “WORLD” is printed below the word “DINOSAUR”. You have indicated in your letter that the watches are not for retail sale. The watches will be sold to Scholastic Book Fair Company in California and a Dino Watch will be included in a “Kids Gift Kit”. The gift kits will be shipped to schools and given to the children as a reward for completing a reading assignment. Each Dino Watch is packaged in a bubble wrap poly bag with operating instructions.
