As indicated by the submitted sample, the body magnet set, marketed as Magtek Power Magnetics for Total Body Therapy, is an eight-piece set of magnetic body wraps consisting of the following: one lumbar/abdomen wrap with 16 three-quarter inch diameter magnets inserted under a fabric mesh covering four square fabric components containing magnets for use on various areas of the body such as the wrist or thigh - three textile bands that are for use with the square fabric components The applicable subheading for the Magtek Power Magnetics for Total Body Therapy will be 8505.19.0000, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTS), which provides for other permanent magnets. The rate of duty will be 4.9 percent ad valorem. This ruling is being issued under the provisions of Part 177 of the Customs Regulations (19 C.F.R. 177).
