Dear Mr. Hoffacker: In a letter dated April 27, 2000, you requested a tariff classification ruling on behalf or your client, Consolidated Stores, Inc. Information sheets and photographs were presented for two items described as doll furniture. The first article is item #M9061087N and is described as a "Fabric stuffed furniture, Doll Armchair". The armchair measures 12" wide, 8" deep, and 9" high. It comes in three colors, burgundy, green and red. The second article is item #M9061086N and is described as a "Fabric stuffed furniture, Doll Sofa". The sofa measures 15 3/4" wide, 11 1/4" deep and 11 1/4" high. It also comes in three colors, burgundy, green and red.
