Dear Ms. Rispoli: In your letter dated March 14, 2000, you requested a tariff classification ruling. You are requesting the tariff classification on a deck of playing cards and a pouch specially designed to hold the playing cards. The item number for identification purposes is LH30585. The playing cards measure 3 1/2 inches in height. The pouch is made of a cotton velvet material with an embroidered King of Hearts card on its front.
