The sample submitted with your request will be returned to you under separate cover. Style 47-43607 is a woman’s halter-top constructed from 40 percent triacetate, 31 percent acetate and 29 percent polyester woven fabric. The garment is fully lined and features a V-neckline, a back zipper closure and halter neck treatment. The halter-top leaves the shoulders and upper back bare. This garment will also be imported in petite sizes under style number 50-46531. The applicable subheading for style 47-43607 will be 6211.43.0091, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTS), which provides for track suits, ski-suits and swimwear; other garments: other garments, women’s or girls’: of man-made fibers: other. The duty rate will be 16.4 percent ad valorem. Style 47-43607 falls within textile category designation 659.
