The applicable subheading for Eustab LS292 - (Chemical Name - Bis(1,2,2,6,6-Pentamethyl-4-Piperidinyl)Decanedioic Acid Ester), which is a light stabilizer for plastics, will be 2933.39.6100, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTS), which provides for heterocyclic compounds with nitrogen hetero-atom(s) only; compounds containing an unfused pyridine ring (whether or not hydrogenated) in the structure: other. The rate of duty will be 10 percent ad valorem. The applicable subheading for Eustab LS770 - (Chemical Name - Bis-(2,2,6,6-Tetramethyl-4-Piperidyl) Sebacate), which is used for various applications which require high light stabilization of polymers, will be 2933.39.2000, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTS), which provides for heterocyclic compounds with nitrogen hetero-atom(s) only; compounds containing an unfused pyridine ring (whether or not hydrogenated) in the structure: other. The rate of duty will be 5.8 percent ad valorem.
