Dear Ms. Van Den Berg: In your letter dated June 22, 1999, you requested a tariff classification ruling. You have submitted catalog pages depicting three samples of baby products made of plastic. Item #3250 consists of a baby’s bottle and nipple cleaning brushes with plastic holders. The holders are made of molded plastic. Item #3255 is a non spilling nozzle.
