Dear Mr. Simon: In your letter dated April 8, 1999, on behalf of Accessory Network Group, Inc., you requested a classification ruling. The two samples submitted with your request are identified as follows: the first is identified as "Hide Out Pooh II," Style #U226265, the second as Style #U2331441/44. The bags are small children's packs designed to contain the small personal affects that a child would carry while traveling about on a daily basis.
