Dear Mr. Dwek: In your undated letter, received by this office on September 3, 1998, you requested a tariff classification ruling. The items to be imported are as follows: 1. Please submit a sample of the carrying case, as we are unable to determine the proper classification of the item based on the submitted drawing. This ruling is being issued under the provisions of Part 177 of the Customs Regulations (19 C.F.R. 177).
