Two Harrison San Francisco, CA 94105 RE: Ruling NY B87093 - corrected style number Dear Ms. Murphree: In your letter dated August 6, 1997, you have indicated that the style number shown in ruling NY B87093, dated July 25,1997, is incorrect. The style number used was 434381. The correct style number should be 724429. The balance of the information provided in NY B87093 concerning the classification, rate of duty and the textile category designation remains unchanged. This ruling is being issued under the provisions of Part 177 of the Customs Regulations (19 C.F.R. 177). A copy of this supplement or control number indicated above should be provided with the entry documents filed at the time this merchandise is imported.
