The applicable HTS subheadings and duty rates for these products will be as follows: PRODUCT HTS DUTY RATE P-Aminobenzoic Acid 2922.49.1000 5.8 percent ad valorem Ethyl P-Aminobenzoate 2922.49.1500 7 percent ad valorem aka Benzocaine Methyl P-Aminobenzoate 2922.49.3500 3.7 cents per kilo plus 15.6 percent ad valorem Ethyl P-Nitrobenzoate 2916.39.4000 13.5 percent ad valorem Methyl P-Nitrobenzoate 2916.39.7000 3.7 cents per kilo plus 17.9 percent ad valorem This ruling is being issued under the provisions of Section 177 of the Customs Regulations (19 C.F.R. 177). A copy of this ruling letter should be attached to the entry documents filed at the time this merchandise is imported.
