NY 889466 Supplement No. 1 October 25, 1993 CLA-2-19:S:N:N7:228 CATEGORY: Classification TARIFF NO.: 1901.90.9095 Ms. Kathleen Crawford BDP International, Inc. 1017 4th Avenue Lester, PA 19029-1813 RE: Supplement to Ruling No. NY 889466 on the tariff classification of "white moulding" Dear Ms. Crawford: This is a supplement to Customs Ruling No. NY 889466 dated September 2, 1993. The ruling incorrectly stated the applicable tariff subheading for the merchandise, at the heading line for the "Tariff No.," and in the body of the letter. The correct tariff subheading for the white moulding is 1901.90.9095, HTS. The verbal description for the articles provided for in this subheading, as stated in the penultimate paragraph on page one, is correct. This supplement should be presented whenever Ruling No. NY 889466 is presented. Sincerely, Jean F. Maguire Area Director New York Seaport
