The product is sweetened condensed filled milk that is said to containing approximately 54 percent sugar, 28 percent water, 6 percent milk solids, 5 percent skim milk, 4 percent partially hydrogenated vegetable fat, and 3 percent emulsifiers, titanium dioxide, sodium orthophosphate, potassium chloride, artificial flavor, thickeners , potassium sorbate, and natural color. The product will be packed in cans for retail containing 380 grams, net weight. It is presumed that the product is obtained by the typical condensed-milk manufacturing process involving the partial evaporation of the milk’s water content.

De C.V., Mexico. An ingredients breakdown accompanied your letter. Additional information was provided via an eMail message dated August 5, 2016. The product is sweetened condensed filled milk that is said to containing approximately 54 percent sugar, 28 percent water, 6 percent milk solids, 5 percent skim milk, 4 percent partially hydrogenated vegetable fat, and 3 percent emulsifiers, titanium dioxide, sodium orthophosphate, potassium chloride, artificial flavor, thickeners , potassium sorbate, and natural color.
