Dear Mr. Powell: In your letter dated December 15, 1995, on behalf of Calapro, Inc., you requested a tariff classification ruling. Your request covers four novelty items made of natural latex rubber. All are packaged in cardboard wrappers which are marked, "Sold as a novelty." The "French Tickler," "Fingers of Passion Tickler Stimulator Extender" and the "Finger Tickler" are sheath type items, each of which is marked with the disclaimer, "Not sold for the prevention of disease."
