You state that the purpose of all the items submitted is to provide High Beam, Low Beam, Flood, Fog, Stop and Tail light and Turn signaling functions on mining equipment (e.g., dump trucks, excavators, loaders, crawlers, etc.). The first items are seven models of circular, glass lenses (models #8B501, 8B502, 8B503, 8B504, 8B505, 8B506 and 8B507) of varying color, each having a diameter of 17". Next, are a light beige, hard plastic lamp shell (Item #8C503) measuring 18" in diameter; a silver, hard plastic reflector shell (Item #8C501) measuring 18" in diameter; a 3 3/8" , gray, metal single-wire clip (Item #8E001); a 3 «", black, soft plastic gasket (Item #8N005) and a 9 «" black, soft rubber gasket (Item #8N501). The applicable subheading for the lamp shell, reflector shell, single-wire clip and both gaskets will be 8512.90.6000, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTS), which provides for Electrical lighting or signaling equipment . . . for . . . motor vehicles; parts thereof: Parts: Of lighting equipment: Other. The rate of duty will be Free. The last item is a black, steel, 1 3/8" long tapping screw (Item #8M007). The rate of duty will be 6.2% ad valorem. This ruling is being issued under the provisions of Section 177 of the Customs Regulations (19 C.F.R. 177).
