The garment will be constructed of 90% cotton/10% lycra, or 47% polyester/47% cotton, 6% lycra, or 51% polyester 49% cotton. The garment is a tube, open at both ends and in its unstretched state it measures 24 inches in length and 12 inches in width. There are two slits in the mid upper portion of either side of the garment. Each slit contains 2 sets of 4 metal reinforced holes and a detachable shoe string. The garment is sold in a plastic bag, which has an advertisement on the back demonstrating how it can be worn.
