The merchandise consists of two sets of tablecloth clips made of stainless steel (item number C038ZA00898). The clips will be used indoors or outdoors to hold tablecloths in place. Each set contains four clips, and is available in either a heart or a flower design. The applicable subheading for the tablecloth clamps will be 7323.93.0080, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for table, kitchen, kitchen or other household articles and parts thereof, of iron or steel, other, of stainless steel, other. The rate of duty will be 2 percent ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change. This ruling is being issued under the provisions of Part 177 of the Customs Regulations (19 C.F.R. 177).
