The merchandise is the Cuisinart( Chef’s Classic( Stainless Steel Roaster with a stainless steel rack, Model 7117-16RS. The roaster is a 16-inch long, rectangular pan with riveted handles. It comes with a bonus turkey lifter utensil that can also be used as a carving fork. The applicable subheading for this product will be 7323.93.0045, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for table, kitchen or other household articles and parts thereof, of iron or steel, other, of stainless steel, cooking and kitchen ware, other, cooking ware, other. The general rate of duty will be 2 percent ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
