Dear Ms. Becker: In your letter dated September 8, 2006 you requested a tariff classification ruling. The item in question is a radiotelephonic base station cabinet designed to house radiotelephonic equipment. It comes in three varying configurations as 4, 7 and 9 bay enclosures. These base station cabinets enable radiotelephonic network providers to house all necessary equipment and protect the equipment from the elements. The cabinets are made of metal and are exclusively designed to house such equipment.
