Dear Ms. Castellanos: In your letter dated August 3, 2006, you requested a tariff classification ruling. A photograph was provided with your letter. The coin purse (SKU# 10037640) is molded of plastics in the shape of a pig’s head. The purse is attached to a ball chain for use as a key chain or to hang the purse on a backpack. Squeezing the head opens the mouth, allowing access to coins. There is a small magnet on the bottom of the purse. The essential character is imparted by the plastic coin purse.
