Dear Ms. Szeto: In your letter dated June 22, 2006, on behalf of Snapware Corporation, you requested a tariff classification ruling. The merchandise under consideration is identified as a floor standing Plastic Box Table designed for easy access to gift wrapping supplies while wrapping gifts. The item is composed of a molded plastic lidded box featuring compartments of varying sizes designed for the storage of rolls of gift wrap and other gift wrapping supplies. Attached to the underside of the plastic box are folding metal legs which facilitate storage of the item. You have submitted a photograph of the item with your request.
