The merchandise subject to this ruling is a low power car jack 18( 18-watt portable electronics charger digital power adapter. It is identified in your letter as Model Number PK-18W-11. This item is used to charge iPods, cell phones, MP3 players, satellite radios, and other portable electronics, while in a car, boat, or airplane. It includes a direct current (DC) auto input cord, a DC air adapter, and 15 assorted tips for use with various electronic devices. It provides output power of up to 18 watts.
