You are requesting the tariff classification on a product that is described as a “4 Piece Flocked Horse and Dog”; the item number is 946280. The item is designed for the amusement of young girls. The package is comprised of one horse with a harness and a saddle, three colts, and a dog. The product will be available in three assorted styles that are arranged differently in each package.
