The merchandise is a steel shepherd garden hook. Your letter states that it is used for hanging plants. It consists of several tubular pieces that join together to form a stake that stands approximately 90 inches tall, and six curved rods with loops at their ends from which the plants hang. The applicable subheading for the shepherd’s hook will be 8306.29.0000, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for bells, gongs and the like, nonelectric, of base metal…statuettes and other ornaments, and parts thereof, other. The rate of duty will be free. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
